Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed with EquipDepot Europe.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at sales@equipdepoteu.com with your order reference and we'll send return instructions.
Condition of items
Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging, in resalable condition. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items within the return window.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned non-defective large or freight items (containers, trailers, mowers, tractors, and other oversized equipment) to cover inbound freight and handling. Small parts and accessories have no restocking fee.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping/freight. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return freight and send a replacement or full refund at no cost — just contact us within 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method (or by bank transfer) within 7 business days. Shipping/freight charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or we made an error.
Non-returnable items
Custom-built, modified, or made-to-order items (e.g. custom container conversions or CAD-built trailers) are non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged in transit
Inspect freight deliveries on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at sales@equipdepoteu.com so we can file a freight claim and arrange a replacement.
