Payment Methods

We offer a range of secure payment methods, which are displayed during checkout. The available options may depend on the order value, the type of goods, and your delivery country.

For large or made-to-order equipment, we may require an advance payment or deposit; any such requirement is clearly stated before you place your order.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction. Where payment in advance is agreed, we dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.

If you are in default of payment, we are entitled to statutory default interest. For consumers this is 5 percentage points above the base rate; for entrepreneurs 9 percentage points above the base rate (§288 BGB).

Prices and VAT

All prices are quoted in the applicable currency including statutory VAT and stated plus shipping ("inkl. gesetzl. MwSt., zzgl. Versand") in accordance with the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV). The total price including all costs is shown before you confirm your order.

Payment Security

Payment transactions are processed via secure, encrypted connections. Where third-party payment service providers are used, your payment data is handled in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details on our own systems beyond what is necessary and legally permitted.
