Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, in accordance with §355 and §312g BGB. The period begins when you take physical possession of the goods. To withdraw, send a clear statement to Equip Depot SA LLC, Freiheitstraße 124/126, 15745 Wildau, Germany, email sales@equipdepoteu.com, phone +49 176 89800462. You may use the model withdrawal form but are not required to. From June 2026, you may also exercise withdrawal online via a withdrawal function (Widerrufsbutton, §356a BGB).

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Where the goods have not yet been produced or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation by mutual agreement, but outside the statutory right of withdrawal there is no automatic entitlement to cancel.

Custom and Made-to-Order Goods

Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as bespoke containers, saunas or trailers, are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g(2) No. 1 BGB. Once production of such goods has begun, cancellation is generally not possible. This is clearly indicated before you place your order.
