This 10ft fixed-glazing observation unit is a self-contained, insulated space fitted with a window on each side, a steel entrance door, heating, electrical installation, and lighting. It is well suited as a small office or porter's lodge and includes forklift pockets for easy placement. Electrical setup covers a 4000V 32A 5-pin external connection, 36W fluorescent lighting, and a 2kW convector heater, with 60 mm insulated floor and walls and a 100 mm roof. Internal dimensions are 2,795 x 2,240 x 2,340 mm; it is stackable, finished inside in white or oak veneer, and arrives inspected and near-new.
